On July 12, a year to the day of Udi Goldwasser and Eldad Regev’s abduction, the families of the kidnapped soldiers held a mass rally, where they called for the release of their sons, after a year that they are not at home.

The rally took place in “Gan HaEm” (The Mother’s Garden) in Haifa, with the participation of nearly 5,000 people.  Among the participants were the Foreign Minister Tsipi Livne and the Parliament Member Asterina Tartman.

All of the speakers were mothers, who had a common message – a call to return the sons home.

The singers Eti Ankari and Yardena Arazi also took part on stage.

A year has passed since the kidnapping of Udi Goldwasser and Eldad Regev to Lebanon, and Gilad Schalit to Gaza.  We hope and demand to see them as soon as possible.
